 Steel Magnolias is a heartwarming and humorous play set in a small-town Louisiana beauty salon, where six strong Southern women share laughter, tears, and the bonds of friendship. As they navigate life’s triumphs and tragedies—from weddings to unexpected loss—their resilience and love for one another shine through. Filled with sharp wit and heartfelt moments, Steel Magnolias is a celebration of friendship, strength, and the enduring power of community. 

Three interactive sessions, perfect for anyone who’s ever been curious about community theatre. No experience is needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new.

Led by members of our creative team, each workshop focuses on a different aspect of theatre, from acting and stage presence to voice, movement, and behind-the-scenes production skills. You’ll gain practical knowledge, build confidence, and have fun connecting with others who share an interest in the performing arts.
