Welcome to Butts Acting Guild!

Savannah Sipping Society is a heartwarming, laugh-filled comedy about four Southern women who, through a series of unexpected twists, find themselves at crossroads in life. Brought together by fate—and a shared desire to escape their daily routines—they form an unlikely friendship over happy hours, witty banter, and the occasional cocktail. As they navigate new beginnings, second chances, and the courage to chase their dreams, these spirited ladies discover that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself or to find the joy of sisterhood.

We’re still working out all the details, but we are thrilled to announce a special partnership with our local senior community to bring the beloved musical *Singin’ in the Rain* to the stage in Fall, 2026! 

This production will celebrate the talents, creativity, and life experiences of our 55-and-over performers, offering a fun and welcoming opportunity to shine in a scaled down (60 minute) community theatre production.

Shrek the Musical tells the story of an unlikely hero, a reclusive green ogre named Shrek who lives happily alone in his swamp—until a group of displaced fairy-tale creatures arrive, banished by the villainous Lord Farquaad. Determined to reclaim his home, Shrek sets out to confront Farquaad and is joined by a chatty, loyal Donkey. Farquaad agrees to remove the creatures only if Shrek rescues Princess Fiona from a dragon-guarded tower. Along the way, Shrek and Fiona discover they have far more in common than they expected, leading to unexpected friendship, romance, and self-acceptance. Filled with humor, heart, and high-energy music, the show celebrates embracing who you truly are.
